If I haven't told you already, I am currently nannying for a family from Lebanon. At first, it was a little bit of an adjustment to get use to their food....but now....I'm in Love! Especially with this dish.
If you haven't tried it, I would highly recommend it! It is a lot like Hummus...but (I think) a million times better. All it is, is cooked eggplant, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt! Yumm!! Serve it up with some Pita Chips and you are on your way to a healthier heart!
*Warning--This might cause bad breath...it has A LOT of garlic!
