Arkansas Wedding Photographer: Brett & Helen's Wedding Day

Brett & Helen's Wedding Day could not have been more perfect. It was a prefect combination of sweetness and creativity...which totally encompassed both of their personalities.

It was at Stables on the Hill, which was a perfect location for these two.

So, without further a due {..and maybe a deep breath b/c there are a lot of pictures!}

here are just some of my favorites from their special day.

I would first like to point out that there wasn't a single detail left undone.Helen is a sweet farm girl at heart and Brett is a hilarious graphic designer/mountain biker...so you would think it would be difficult to combine those two walks of life. But Helen made it look effortless.


This is one of my favorite pictures of the day. The joy on her mom's face is so heartfelt. Both Brett & Helen have such sweet families.


And speaking of sweet...instead of a guest book or a blank frame for people to sign, they had little pieces of fabric to write notes on and then they attached to a board for them to hang in their house! Brett & Helen even wrote each other notes. {tear!}


This was right before they saw each other! I love these special moments.


Then after they saw each other for the first time, we headed down the road to the old chimney that is still standing from the original house that use to be on the property.Super cool location for pictures.

You remember how I mentioned that Brett is hilarious? Well, he didn't just have us laughing the whole day, but Helen as well.




I. LOVE. THIS. PICTURE.I know it's just of their shoes, but I'm a little bit obsessed with the way it turned out. So much so that I made it my profile picture on my Facebook business page! :)


Is it just me or do these pictures look like something off the Wizard of Oz?I don't know why I think that, but every time I look at them that's all I see! ha!


So, not only are Brett & Helen the perfect mixture between sweet & hilarious...but their Wedding Party was as well! We had so much fun with them.


Helen was watching the storm that was "suppose" to hit us all day. But as you can tell from the picture of her walking down the isle....it went right around us. Amazing.


Brett & Helen wrote their own vows, which was a personal touch I hadn't seen in awhile. It was a special moment even though Helen couldn't get through her's {darn tears}, because Brett put his hilarious-ness aside and spoke some of the most heartfelt vows I've ever heard.Bravo to you both for making all of your guest ball their eyes out. :)


Brett's brother, Kirk shares the same sense of humor...as you can tell from this picture.I can just hear him saying {in a very dry tone} "Umm, here's the ring".


So, of course, it didn't take long to get Helen laughing again!


Sealed with a Kiss!They are officially Mr. & Mrs. Robinson!!


Then after they said their I Do's...they really let each other have it! It was perfect.




Once everyone was done eating dinner, the night was finished off with some good 'ole folk music and dancing.


And then they were off!...And I'm sure picking popcorn out of their ears for days!
