The girl that works at the front desk of the gym, showed Susan and I this new (well, new to us) workout the other day. All I have to say is, Instant Love.
You put these black booties over your shoes and then start sliding! It's amazing. It works your inner and outer thighs all at the same time...and gets your heart rate going real fast, real quick.
If you have access to a gym, you should ask if they have these. I would have never known what it was, let alone where it was, if she hadn't of shown us the other day.
But, if you don't go to a gym.. I'm sure you could just spray some Pledge on your hardwood floors, slap on some socks, and slide back and forth between the couch and the wall, and it would probably have the same effect!
